Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Orders Of Gemstone(s)

• Any cancellation of Gem Stones(s) order by a customer after the placement of the order but prior to generation of Final Invoice from us will result in cancellation charges of 10% of the total estimated amount.
• Any cancellation of Gem Stone(s) order by a customer before the dispatch of Final Product by us will result in 25% cancellation charges of total invoice amount.
• Interest will be charged at the rate of 2% per month for any delays in payment of the balance amount. The delayed days will be counted from 10 days after dispatch of the Final Invoice from our side.
• No cancellation or refund will be processed once the goods have been prepared/shipped/ready to be shippped.

For Orders Of Yantra(s)

• Any cancellation of Yantra(s) order by a customer after the placement of the order but before the energizing process will result in the cancellation charges of 25% of the total amount as cancellation charges.
• Any cancellation of Yantra(s) order by a customer after the completion of energizing process will result in 50% of the total amount as cancellation charges.
• No cancellation or refund will be made once the Yantra(s) has been shipped/ready to be shipped.

For Astrological Services

• Any cancellation of astrology service(s) after the placement of confirmed order will result in cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount paid for the order.
• No cancellation or refund will be made once the service is provided through email/telephone as per the order requirement.
